Varunchal: Varuna (the God of water) attains its name in Sanskrit because of its effect on the bodily fluids and urinary system. It is recommended by Ayurveda in the treatment of various urinary problems including stones in the kidney, ureters and bladder.  

Gokhru: Gokhru has been used to deal with kidney and urinary problems. Yavaksher: Yavakshar is a formulation which is alkaline and is prepared from barley [Yava] which comprises potassium carbonate. It helps in treating urinary disorders, abdominal disorders. This formulation acts as a diuretic and also induces perspiration. It helps in balancing Vata and Kapha Doshas.
